Cari Wolter – Managing Director
Cari is the founder of WMS and WTS. In October 2006 she decided to start a new independent tax and legal advisory firm in Aruba with the intention of expanding into new complementary services in the future. As per January 1st, 2009 the aforementioned expansion materialized with the incorporation of the new accounting and advisory services division. Cari is a graduate in tax law at the University of Leiden in Holland and also a former Tax Inspector in Aruba and Holland. Cari also lectured at the University of Aruba.
Jamil Tromp – Director
Jamil Tromp RA worked for 10 years at KPMG (Aruba) and 2 years at BDO (Aruba) where he acquired a broad range of experience in audit and other accountancy related services. Jamil also participated as a part-time teacher at the “University of Aruba” where he lectured “Accounting and Internal Control Systems”. Jamil joined the WMS-team as per January 1, 2009.
Javier Rasmijn – Supervisor
Javier joined WMS-team as per August 1, 2011. He studied accountancy in the Netherlands after which he worked several years at PwC. Before joining the WMS, he worked at W.E.B. Aruba N.V. where he was in charge of the internal control department.
Sharline Muller – Senior Accountant
Sharline joined WMS-team as per May 1, 2009. She worked for 8 years at Moret Ernst & Young, after which she expanded her horizon by working at one of the biggest tour company of Aruba for 7 years, where she fulfilled the positions of Accounting Supervisor and Accounting Manager. Before joining WMS, she worked at CATC for 1 1/2 years as Senior Accountant.
Daisy Lopez – Assistant Accountant
Daisy studied accountancy in the Netherlands (Amsterdam) and is a bachelor graduate. She started to work as a junior assistant-accountant at the Dutch Audit & Tax Firm ABAB. After having worked for approximately one year in the Netherlands she decided to re-migrate to Aruba. Daisy joined the WMS-team as per September 1, 2009.
Najeska Christina – Consultant
Najeska joined the WMS- as of November 1st 2009. She worked for 4 years at the Valero Aruba Refinery in the Project Cost Control department were she was in charge for the Cost Control and Administration of various crucial projects for the refinery. Najeska pursued her Bachelors and Masters education in the Netherlands. Next to her fulltime endeavors at WMSshe tutors extra curriculum classes at “Adviesbureau In Top” in various Service and Management oriented courses.
